Service Description

Mindfulness is available to us in every moment, whether through meditations and body scans, or mindful moment practices like taking time to pause and breathe when the phone rings instead of rushing to answer it. Whether you're wanting to set aside a bit of "me-time" in your week to relax and unwind or learn about the practice of mindfulness and how to incorporate it more into your daily life, this class is for you. Everything you need for this class is provided by the studio.
