Service Description

The breath is fundamental to physical and mental health. By calming the breath we calm the mind. Practicing awareness of the breath on the mat can help recognise breathing patterns that are connected to behaviour in daily life. With expansion of the breath capacity, we can expand the vitality. In breath awareness we explore conscious breathing connected to movement or in a posture to foster free flow of prana (breath) throughout the body. Yoga Nidra literally means ‘yogic sleep’. It’s a form of guided meditation in which you learn to relax consciously. This ancient technique is usually practiced laying down with no physical movement included. It’s a conscious experience of dreamless sleep where moving awareness from our external world to the inner world Yoga Nidra is one of the easiest ways to induce a state of deep relaxation of the entire mind and body and can be practiced by anyone.
