This class is held in a heated room up to 38 degrees and consists of moving through Asana's (yoga postures) with the breath to move oxygenated blood through the whole body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. Designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons.

A gentle yoga class combining, postures, flows, breathing exercises and relaxation. Customised especially for you and your bump. Set in blocks of 4 weeks at a time to progressively explore yoga practice through your pregnancy journey.
The first half of this class focusing nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia through long held poses. A quiet, still and meditative practice for space complimenting other practices by opening and releasing areas of deeper stretching. The second half is a guided deep relaxation based on the Yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) technique. Bringing about a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
