Hot Vinyasa

This class is held in a heated room up to 38 degrees and consists of moving through Asana's (yoga postures) with the breath to move oxygenated blood through the whole body, restoring all systems to healthy working order.  Designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons. 

The Mindfulness Hour

This class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better. Anybody interested in mindfulness, meditation, deepening self awareness  or deepening their yoga practice- you’ll learn a lot of those tools in this class. Vinyasa Flow

This particular class helps builds strength and flexibility from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. Centred  around control and precision, with a diversity of positions and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a classical practice and forms the basis of many styles of yoga. The classes provide a balance of postures, flows, holds, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques. The gentle approach and pace, makes this class ideal for beginners and easily adapted to suit every ability. A perfect way to revitalise the body and provide inner calm.

Pregnancy Yoga

A gentle yoga class combining, postures, flows, breathing exercises and relaxation. Customised especially for you and your bump. Set in blocks of 4 weeks at a time to progressively explore yoga practice through your pregnancy journey.

Yin Yoga

The first half of this class focusing nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia through long held poses. A quiet, still and meditative practice for space complimenting other practices by opening and releasing areas of deeper stretching. The second half is a guided deep relaxation based on the Yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) technique. Bringing about a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
