New to yoga and not quite sure where to begin?
Join us for our beginners yoga classes .
Every Thursday 5.30-6.15pm this is a shorter class designed to melt away your nerves, misconceptions and concerns about yoga.
We be break down yoga postures, gently improving balance, range of motion, strength, coordination and all round confidence on & off the yoga mat.
A space where open dialog, questions and not being able to touch your toes isn't just ok- its expected and accepted.
