The 6 weeks will be a gentle progression through the practices of yoga, as well as learning how you should approach your yoga practice physically and mentally. Yoga can be as little as a calm space to become more flexible and mindful, or it can be as much as a lifestyle. How you wish to approach yoga and what you want to get out of it is up to you.
We now also have the option to do this course online. Whether the time and day doesn't suit your schedule or you prefer to practice alone at home, for whatever reason, this may be a better option for you.
We use the video conferencing platform "Zoom". All you need is a device and an internet connection. Each Tuesday before class you will receive a link to the class if you wish to follow along in real-time AND/OR a link to the recording, which will be available to view until the next class, so you can practice whenever it suits you best.
